Global Culture and Identity Concentration12
This area of concentration is for those wishing to pursue in-depth area studies in one specific part of the world, outside of the U.S., focusing on language, literature, history, and culture of areas other than the United States. Students selecting this concentration prepare for careers in the foreign service, global public service, international development, or education. Choose twelve (12) credits of upper division courses identified as global culture and identity courses that have not been used to fulfill another program requirement or speak to your major advisor about what other courses may be used. Additionally, the senior thesis/capstone must be on a topic in global culture and identity to be approved by the advisor.
